What are your application requirements?
Every resident 18 years and older (including adult children) residing in the residence must complete a rental application and complete identity verification. Please contact the leasing office for a copy of our resident qualification standards.
How much is the application fee?
The application fee is $100 per household. This hold your apartment home while we process your application. Once approved, this goes towards your security deposit. Cancelled applications may be subject to a $25 application fee/applicant.
How much is the security deposit?
Our standard deposit is only $250. Deposits may vary based on the needs of our customers. Please contact the leasing office for more information.
When is rent due?
Rent and other fees are due on or before the 1st of each month.
Are utilities included?
We believe in not charging amenity fees at our communities. All the benefits of the community, including on site management, are included in your rent. Residents are responsible for their cable/internet, and other utilities. Please contact the leasing office for specific utility fees.
Are the apartments furnished? What is included?
The apartments do not come furnished, but furnished and corporate units may be available upon request. Please contact the leasing office for further information!
Is Renter’s insurance required?
This time we do not require renters insurance; however, we STRONGLY recommend that every renter protects their home with renter’s insurance. Please contact the leasing office for general information.
